I didn't even vote on neither of those polls lol, Sometimes people don't come online everyday so that could answer your question.  

I don't necessarily see a change of opinion here.  When the first poll asked if people were okay with someone other than Squeenix doing KH, I'm pretty sure the people who voted no were referring to the main games.  Theatrhythm is a spinoff that won't really impact the franchise one way or the other.

I don't necessarily see a change of opinion here.  When the first poll asked if people were okay with someone other than Squeenix doing KH, I'm pretty sure the people who voted no were referring to the main games.  Theatrhythm is a spinoff that won't really impact the franchise one way or the other.

 

Hence my best guessing being they didn't understand. The poll was always about future titles in general.

As for the first poll, I never took it, but I'm guessing that many people didn't even bother to memorize the names of each company in the choices, and merely thought that any game developed outside of Square Enix would be a bad idea. Sadly, many people, including myself oftentimes, are willing to answer polls about things they don't really understand, and aren't willing to do their homework before they answer them.
