Why does Xigbar sees Ventus in Xion? 

Xion is created based on Sora's memories of Kairi, that makes that there is no connection between Xion and Ventus?

I think that it was the way she looked at him made him remember something about Ventus. I saw Ventus when he was a whole person in bbs. It seems that most nobodies remember what they experienced when they were a whole person. 

Sora and Roxas have a strong connection to Ventus so most likely some of those memories leaked into Xion, she was also siphoning power from Roxas who has Ventus' heart.

If I remember clearly, it was because Xion had no set identity. Axel, Riku and Roxas saw Xion, Xigbar saw Ventus, and everyone else saw her as a hooded figure.

Xion is a replica created from Sora's memories of Kairi, that's why her "black-haired girl" appearence resembles kairi's. However, if I'm not mistaken, her appearence might change depending on the kind of link there is between Sora and the person who looks at Xion's face. Xigbar saw Ventus in her because he remembers of the Birth by Sleep times, when Ventus did the angry look down at him. Shortly, since Xion is made of Sora's memories, you must have a connection to Sora in order to see her appearence, and Xigbar is connected to Sora through his memories of Ventus (which is in turn connected to Sora) and accordingly sees Xion as Ventus (correct me if I'm wrong)EDIT: The fact Xigbar saw her as Ventus later in the game might be because Xion was giving him the angry look down in the cutscene moment, awakening his memories of Ventus that did the same in BBS

On Day 353, Xigbar looks at Xion, who's showing her face, and sees a main character from BbS, the boy Ventus who looks just like Roxas. Does the fact that Xion, who's drawing on Roxas' power, looks like Ventus mean there's some kind of deep connection between them?

 

 

I haven't played BBS in a while, but I don't recall Xigbar ever meeting Ventus. Maybe he did and I don't remember. But if he has, yeah, it makes sense he'd see Ventus because Xion is a Replica of Roxas, who looks just like Ventus. He's essentially a physical clone of the guy.

Well ,I am pretty sure it has to do with the connections or relationships they have with each other .

Well basicly, everyone sees me(Xion) differently. See me as me, hooded person, or whatever. Though my identity is not real, I'm still a somebody. I am identical to Kairi and part of Sora because I AM MADE OF SORA'S MEMORIES, hello! Also, I may not have played BBS but(correct me if I'm wrong) isn't Ventus part of Sora's heart? So isn't that how Xigbar saw me when I made that glare at him? I reminded him of Ventus. I'm just saying that all of this must have a connection with each other something. Everything has a connection to each other.

 

Also since we're discussing about me that why does Xigbar see me like that, I feel this a jab at my unreal identity. Am I me or just a puppet that everyone sees me differently? 'Cause it kinda hurts... -_-'''

Xion's aspect is different for each person and it resembles the memory each person has against Xion. Braig knew Ventus in BbS, and, because Ventus' heart is in Sora, Xigbar sees her as Ventus.

Yup... Maybe Zexion and Vexen should remember of him, but they've talked to him only once and for a short time, so your teory is basically correct

Ventus has seen Braig in the Final Battle before fighting against Vanitas, Ven looked at Braig in a very angry way and that's why Xigbar says to Sora "You have his same look".
