  1. 1. How would you prefer the HD collections be made playable on PS4?

    • Port the HD collections to PlayStation 4. Would take their attention away from KINGDOM HEARTS III slightly for a short period of time.

    • Release the HD collections on PlayStation Now.

Accidentally voted for the first option. Whoooppps.

I won't get a PS4 for a long time, and I don't want to rebuy the games if I already have them for the PS3.

Yeah same here but we're getting it for PS3 first anyway so yeah just keep your PS3 :)

my ps3 doesn't work and I couldn't even finish 1.5 remix and I'm saving for ps4 so yeah I hope 2.5 remix gets released in next gen

Just go get a new/used one for dirt cheap.....

Ok, changed my vote. Everybody seems to be making a much better argument about why it should be on PSNow as opposed to porting it to the PS4. I'm down with being able to play these games on many different outlets at once! I would still like to know how they would upscale for PS4, but having a larger amount of systems to play it on seems like a better deal than just getting a bigger face-lift on one console. :)

PlayStation Now is coming worldwide.

How does PS Now work anyway? Does it havd subscription fees? Once we paid a game can we play it forever or do we need to pay our subscription to play? Ugh! I change my mind again PS4 port would be more simple.

PlayStation Now will be like the PlayStation Store. You can buy or rent PS3, PS2 and PSOne games and then stream them to your device be it PS4, PS3, PS Vita, Sony TV, smartphone or tablet.

Personally I think they should make physical ports to the PS4, that way when Kingdom Hearts 3 comes out, gamers can have the HD ReMixes proudly stand by the mac daddy of them all, Kingdom Hearts 3!  Lol, that aside though, I think it'd be cool to see physical copies of the games for PS4. ^^

If they're going to put them on PS4, it should be through PS Now. I hate this recent idea of re-releasing games on a next-gen system a few months after release, and it would make a lot of people who got the PS3 versions really mad if there was already yet another updated version of the games that they just bought.

Port to PS4. Don't need to upgrade the graphics, just get the games running at a higher resolution (1080p).

Port BBS, KH1, Re:COM, and KH2 to PS4. Don't bother with the cutscenes. Making the cutscenes for Days and Coded, and upscaling resolutions/recoding lost data, was the majority of the work they did for these games. Since they have already done all that, porting to PS4/XO wouldn't be that much work, and it would also mean the KH team would have more experience with the x86 architecture, which could make KH3 a better game.

Living in New Zealand, I'm against PS Now. I doubt Sony will have good (or any) infrastructure built here, and we would likely have to stream from Australia. I have a fairly good internet connection (~20mbps) but living in a flat with 5 others means that streaming a game would be inconsiderate and our internet occasionally cuts out, so it would be quite annoying having games interrupted.

The Kingdom Hearts team didn't develop the HD collections nor are they developing Kingdom Hearts III.

Osaka is the current Kingdom Hearts team.

The team who developed the first three Kingdom Hearts games are officially called the 1st Production Department, not the "Kingdom Hearts team." I use the term "Kingdom Hearts team" to refer to whoever is currently developing a Kingdom Hearts game. The terminology used by site may call the 1st Production Department "the Kingdom Hearts team" but I don't have to follow those guidelines.

I personally don't care how it gets ported to the Port Station 4 since I won't be buying the collection twice. Playstation Now seems like a good choice though.
