I thought they were under the Fabula Nova Crystallis Mythos but the worlds are not connected. 

 

Lightning did not become the goddess of death in the end of Lightninig returns, but Caius took her place instead.

She was like "I wish." haha, I kind of wish she was too. 

Would not be a good idea. It would take the spotlight away from Noctis. Also, I personally find her boring.

I love Lightning, but a silly fake account is not going to annoy me. There's tons of fake accounts out there.

 

I do not expect Lightning to be in FFXV anyway.
