I'm watching Sleeping Beauty and I just realized somethingYou know the transformation scene in Beauty and the Beast where Beast turns human again and there are multi-color sparkles falling from the sky? Those sparkles are actually the magic from when Flora and Merryweather where fighting over the color of Aurora's dress!

A lot of Disney movies have similarities because animation costs a lot and so a lot of animated movies used to have tons of elements that other movies had.

Goddamnit, Disney

Those sparkles actually first appeared in Steamboat Willie when Mickey blew up the boat

It's hard to tell since it's in black and white

Gasp! I'm shocked! :O

Disney is full of these! ;)

Nice find btw :P

Trivia! Bambi's mom's animation has been re-used a sh!t tone of times in several classic Disney movies: The deer you see at the edge of the woods in The Sword In The Stone is Bambi's mom. So is the deer that Shear Khan stalks in The Jungle Book. And, I'm not 100% sure about this, but I think the deer in the opening scene of Beauty and the Beast is also Bambi's mom.

Nah the ones in Beauty and the Beast were stronger in color, you will notice that the ones in Sleeping Beauty were little sparks unlike the oned from Beauty and the Beast which were stronger to a level where it seems like colored lights. But overall the colors were the same in both. (Except that the one in B&B had yellowish color with them)
