Granted, Xehanort does successfully deceive everyone because no one can smell his evil, but no one who makes hand gestures that hammy can be anything but an honest man.

Must be why most politicians do that, and NONE of them have ever lied about anything, right!? 

To be fair, Xehanort doesn't go full-crazy with the hand waving until the latter part of BBS and his tiny part in DDD. Before that, he pretty much is the most devious motherfu***r in the games. Pretty sure Sora says not but maybe one lie in the whole series, if that, not to mention Roxas, Ventus, Kairi, pretty much every major character.
