I've Seen Three:  Two In "Kingdom Hearts:  Birth By Sleep" And One In The "Kingdom Hearts RE:  Chain Of Memories" Section Of "Kingdom Hearts -1.5 HD ReMIX-".

I've faced MANY glitches in KH, although no where near as much as other games. To be fair I usually have a back for finding glitches whether voluntarily or not, so it doesn't surprise me .

Only some audio skipping in 1.5, nothing major like some people have encountered. The games have been genuinely glitch-free for me, which is rare for any game series I've played.

I got once a nobody stucked in Riku in KH 2 -TWWNW After it floated. This happened for 2 minutes long, and was really awkward to watch.

Wisdom Form leveling glitch in KH2FM. Couldn't get past level 5. The counter for heartless killed went up instead of down. 

The glitches I've seen are always related to Donald or Goofy getting stuck in places .

Oh I had to face a lot of glitches in Kingdom Hearts, so many that it made up an entire game! There were just too many bugs that it is a wonder my game system didn't stop working!

actually 1 thus far, in kh1fm in 1.5 I would always jump in the air and then heal. It used to work all the time, but on my proud mode playthrough, it doesn't let me

There was only one glitch that happened to me and that was in Dream Drop Distance when I was fighting the boss in Pranksters Paradise as Riku and it was stuck from spinning the place and just stayed there and I beat the boss and was like well that was weird lol

This theme. Is actually quite cool.

 

For me, I've only ever faced glitches in 3D. One where Riku would continuously fall through the floor until I dropped to Sora and got out of it and one when fighting Julius, he got stuck when he done his jumping attack.

i once had a glitch on my copy of DDD. I was facing off against YMX. And then he disappeared when i finished a keyblade combo. Gone. Never to be seen again. my poor dreameaters were so lost. lol

Sephiroth glitches on me all the time in KHII. It's kind of sad. He just gets stuck on a wall while falling and lets me get in a free combo.
