How do I defeat Terra-Xehanort in Final Episode?

what I did was I took the keyblade and hit him a lot. it worked for me. what are you doing?

With patience and many cartwheels.  Also with once more and second chance.

 

With once more and second chance, all things are possible.

What are your deck commands?

Renewal Barrier helps a lot. Thunder Shot and other ranged magic work well because you don't get caught in his ridiculously long combos. Also Once More, Leaf Bracer and Second Chance.

On the second phase, try to get Guardian to attack you, then you can enter Terra's mind and use a combo attack to deal huge damage

Mine Square....tons and tons of Mine Square.

Any high level deck commands work well enough. Time Splicer wrecks enough stuff; it's less accurate here because he's immune to stop, but given that he's also jumping around, it works out pretty decently. Seeker Mine, Thundaga Shot, etc, what other people have mentioned. All tends to do pretty well. And yes, the old standby of "cartwheel, cure, keyblade" also works.

Use Magic Hour.It's completely broken  Then cartwheel around to avoid damage .

Have two Curaga commands, Blizzaga and Thundaga and the rest doesn't matter. Have restore barrier and fire cartwheel. Also be at least level 45.

Always have two Curagas. 45 huh? Well there's my problem. I was like level 31. Level 35 now.

Yeah he's easy at 45, but around 35 he's nearly impossible.

All the above tactics, but also abuse shotlocks (I prefer Prism Rain).

You consider that fight hard? It's basically the same as Ansems' first form in KH1, but with some slight differences.

I just basically used the same commands I used to beat the final boss in Aquas story and I was at a high level so yeah.

35?! Damn man you have death wish. I don't blame ya, when I first fought him PSP version, that first fight with him was frustratingly impossible! Also be sure to use Aquas Shot-lock! It helps

Did it. Was easy at level 42.
