By final boss I mean the last boss in the game, not the secret, optional nor normal bosses. Just the final ones and still it was kinda hard to find all of their themes especially with 3D Dream Drop Distance and Birth By Sleep. Vector to the Heavens would instantly win the whole thing IMO, but it's not the final boss like some people think, poor Another Side ~ Battle Theme. It's actually a pretty cool last theme. But for me it was between Lord of the Castle and the Final Xemnas theme from KH2. I gotta hand it to Lord of the Castle since I love both it's epic feel in the original release and the symphonic feeling in 1.5. It made the whole game better just because of how it was good, in my eyes at least.

 

What's your pick for the best Final Boss Theme in Kingdom Hearts games ?

marluxia was the best in my opinion , everything about him is just epic being the "god of death" and all he strangely reminds me of bhunivelze

I don't really consider Riku to be the "final boss" of Days. I mean, since he is the last boss you fight, technically, but I think Vector to the Heavens is much more deserving to be on the pole.

 

But anyway, Darkness of the Unknown is definitely my favorite.

Even though I like Dark Impetus better, L'Impeto Oscuro is still really awesome

does L'Oscurita dell'Ignoto count? It was sort of a final boss for sora's story Otherwise either Lord of the castle or Darkness of the Unknown III

     

Ummm I don't like the survey, because only the very last boss battles are considered as final bosses (isn't it Nightmare Armor Ventus in KH3D?).

In BBS the battles at the Keyblade Graveyard should be seen as final boss battles and in Days the battle against Xion, because they're basically the climax of the story.

And I like the other themes of the Xemnas battle but only the last part can be choosen.

 

Dismiss is the best here in my opinion.

This is the actual Final Boss theme of DDD though.

 

 

As for the poll. I can't choose, I love them all.

As much as I loved Another Side, Another Story, I love dismiss way more. It's so epic that I literally used to pause my game for 10 minutes just to listen to it.

Did you know that he was supposed to be a female at first but they didn't want to have the only 2 females betray the organization, because that would cause feminazis to get butthurt.

I don't care who you are; Dismiss will always kick butt. Not to mention the 'final' boss themes for the three stories in BBS (Rage Awakened, Unbreakable Chains, and The Key) are amazing as well.

 

But on the flip side of the coin, I also really like Roxas Theme - Piano Collections because of how tragic Roxas was, even in choosing to fight you.

 

My vote still goes towards Dismiss, though. It's the ultimate "This guy has stripped you of everything you love, and is about to get away with it. It's do or freaking DIE time" theme that bumps up the epic meter for EVERYTHING---even doing origami.

I'll put them in order here:

 

• Darkness of the Unknown
• Dismiss (Tied^)
• Lord of the Castle
• L'Impeto Oscuro (Tied^)
• Guardiano Nel Buio
• Roxas Theme
• Another Side ~ Battle Remix

 

If it was Vector instead of Another Side, it would be #5. Vector would be the real final boss. Just like its YMX battle theme and not Ventus. Anyways, #1 - 4 are amazing and I would honestly think they are all tied. 

They are all great,but I prefer Dismiss for a final boss theme

Darkness of the Unknown for me. Everything about TWTNW in KH2 is just perfect.

If Xemnas' were Disappeared, it'd win hands down, but I didn't get much from any of the FINAL final boss fight music in KH2. I dunno, maybe I was freaking out too much about dodging lasers to listen to the song.

 

I picked Roxas' Theme- Piano Collections, because for one I love Re:Coded, and for two, I love Roxas' theme in all its iterations.
