At the day of Leonard Nimoy's passing, I told my dad about Nimoy passing away. At first, he didn't know what I was talking about, till I said: "Spock dad!", and he knew what I was taking about. And he mentioned about him watching Star Trek back in his day and some other stuff. And my mom found out through Facebook, by me sharing an article and I called her about it. She even mentioned she was a Trekkie back in the day, when I was talking to her. 

 

Back to my dad. I told him that Nimoy voiced Master Xehanort and showed a picture of him. And he said that he looked like Spock. 

 

Then when I was visiting my mom, I also showed her that same picture of Xehanort and said that Nimoy voiced him. And I think she said the same thing of what my dad said. "He looks like Spock." And called him "creepy" later on lol.

 

Does Xehanort looks like Spock to you guys?

It's the ears- anything with pointy ears either looks like an elf or a Vulcan, depending on what kind of nerdy shit you prefer.

 

Honestly, if Evil Spock grew old and got a serious tan, he would definitely look a lot like Master Xehanort.

I thought Nomura said he picked Nimoy BECAUSE of his role as Spock. So there's that connection. 

 

I know, I know. lol I read some interview about that. Like I said, both of my parents said he looks like Spock. They said it, not me.  

 

I thought MX was modeled after Spock lol.

....I kind of see it actually. If Spock tanned himself a bit, shaved his head, grew out his beard, got crazy and corrupted by Darkness, then that could easily be Spock. Wouldn't that be a twist? X)

I can see it. Pointy ears, facial structure, a somewhat sinister & serious look to them both.

 

I was always thinking he might have look like someone, I know. Just like Eraqus looking like Sakaguchi.
