You mean a PC version of the remake? It'll come later, it's a timed exclusive.

Yeah I saw after I posted. Thanks for the heads up though.

Do you think it'll come as physical format?

PLEASE tell me im not dreaming. i cant take another prank like that ps4 pc port fiasco!

Dear lord I hope so!

Final Fantasy VII-2?

Lol?

Lol. Of course.

my best guess, theyll have it out for the 20th anniversary. if not, no telling when.

Lol. Of course.

There are certain games that didn't. I don't remember seeing BBT physical format for PC.

I seriously didn't think that this would ever happen, but it was a very wise decision on Square Enix's part.  They're going to sell a BAZILLION copies of this.  And now, sadly, I have a true reason to buy a PS4. : P

YES! I knew there were no such things as ''too complicated to remake'',I can't wait to play this

My brother is gonna be so hyped. A definite buy for me. Loved Crisis Core, (and secretly hope they make Zack's death scene a lot more memorable than what they did on PSX)

So I guess I'll get this for PS4...

And wait for the eventual XV on PC.

Square Enix seems to be very PC-friendly these days.

Also, the consumer market has changed very, very much since the PSX days. We demand a lot of "less loading screens, more open world, immersive gameplay" stuff now. I wonder how they'll revamp the battle system to fit these needs, as I personally do feel that the concept of selecting commands from a menu is kinda dated too.

So if this going to get released in 2017 that means it's been in the works for quite some time now right? 2010 maybe?

Also, since Nomura is directing it, do you think Shimomura will be making the Soundtrack or will they bring back Nobuo Uematsu?

...you honestly think they're planning to devote seven years to a remake?

Nomura and Shimomura aren't joint at the hip, they're probably just going to hire and arranger

Still can't believe this happened. I thought they were porting the PC version to PS4 as a way of saying a remake isn't happening, so I did not expect this one bit. I thought the rumors popping up hours before the conference were just your typical E3 hype fare. And I saw this live at a theater, so the reaction was amazing.
