Sure Sora says he'll visit everyone again, but this is the first time some one says a specific place, so i believe they will def see each other again.

Well, here's hoping that Sora does end up visiting Shibuya, because I for one, would love to see Neku and the gang again!  And just imagine how they'd look like on the PS4!!! X_X

People would always say some sort of ridiculous prediction for a future Nintendo game and claim that it was true, or talk about a weird secret in a game that didn't actually exist, and say "My uncle works at Nintendo, he told me about it" to get people to believe them. Now that's used as a joke in similar situations.
