Havent attempted yet and my first choice would be Ven, but watching this gameplay is crazy. I cant believe how fast he is. Have any of you beat him?

Um, yeah odds are at least a few of us has.

 

Don't get me wrong, it's hard. FRUSTRATINGLY hard. But still possible. You just have to unconditionally spam the heck out of your dodge ability...unless you're Terra, then you have to be VERY picky with your timing. You still need to dodge a lot, but since Terra's slide doesn't have as many invincibility frames and Ven's dodge roll and Aqua's cartwheel, you have to make the timing with the slides juuuuuuuust right, typically as the attack is about to get you. Also, D-Links if left on too long will prompt him to turn invisible early and you will need multiple cures, a short shotlock, and anything involving healing.

Thunder surge is your friend.

Your square button is embedded by the end of it. 

Don't forget to floss twice a day. 

Make sure to drink Mountain Dew before battle. It helps. Sort of.

Also make sure to have you command deck full of Thunder Surges. It is like the MF's kryptonite.

Thunder surge and Curaga (4 each), that's all you need (and if your Ventus has got this fire role or however it's called, unequip it, it reduces the number of invencibility frames).

 

Also, you must have Renewall Block, Second chance and Once more, this is a must, and don't use your Aerial recoverly too fast, let yourself get hit sometimes, Once more will save you.

 

I didn't do it, but some people recommend using ice cream against him.

 

If I had to choose, I would say that Aqua is your best option to win because her Thunder surge is really damaging; it's hard to win with Terra because of what other people have said (his dodge is useless), but I've done it! (I didn't finnish him with Ventus, I've never tried really hard with him though).

His dodge is worse than the other two, and against a boss who essentially comes down to luck in the later stages (with his invisibility and spamming Meteor and Megaflare back-to-back), that's not going to be of much help when you can't even hit him.

i'm just more aggressive with the MF fight, most people aren't, so thats why is say this. plus, as long as you heal in time there no prob if you have leaf bracer and his doge isn't that bad you just have to take sonic impact off.

If you want advice most everyone has given good advice. This fight is just awful and hardly seems worth it it's so unfair. Good luck to you sir.

For Ventus and Aqua, use the Milky Way ice cream a few times till you get full Sky Climber and spam it to get at least nearly a bar of his health down. Just do it out of harms way.

 

As for Terra? Hahaha. Very funny.

Yup, I have with Aqua and Ven, but not with Terra. With Ven, I used Reversal Slash a lot and Thunder and Fire Surges too. I used Triple Firaga with Aqua. I even went hand on hand with Aqua when the mysterious figure (young Xehanort to be precise) does his X attack and after his whirlwind. I teleport behind him and press X after he does his X. After he does his whirlwind, I immediately start pressing X and attacking.

I've beaten him with Aqua and Ven since they have full invincibility with their Cartwheel/Dodge Roll abilities but Terra... woof his Dodge Slide is really useless in this fight lol I have a video on my channel that shows how Terra gets pwned so easily because he is clearly outclassed in this fight as he is slow going up against a super fast opponent
