I think that would be awesome and they should do that again, with awesome gameplay features working with it.

That would be cool, especially if it was more than 1,000 and more than just 2 types of heartless.

That would be awesome with Kh3's gameplay.

Throw in the mix; the Unversed, Dream Eaters, Nobodies along with the Heartless and things will get real interesting!!

It would be interesting, considering we have new techniques Sora can use such as Athletic Flow (a placeholder name for the move Sora uses to jump off the Heartless in the new trailer). Wouldn't it be cool for Sora to continuously jump off of and attack an enormous amount of enemies?!

i'd love to see a similar sequence like that on a next gen console. Running through the area and teaming up with various FF characters was great. The 1000 Heartless fight was also great but honestly it started to wear thin a bit. Maybe if they changed it up by throwing in a boss or two, coupled with all the combat mechanics they're adding, i'm sure that would make for a much more exciting and intense fight. make it a real challenge. 

Yep, I'd love for a battle like that, but like Headphone Jack said, make it more challenging!  Thrown in difficult Heartless to defeat!  It won't be an impossible fight to win, because Sora will have a wide arsenal of moves to use to take out the Heartless!  So make the battle challenging!  And like Catmaster said, don't just put Heartless! Put Nobodies and Unversed as well! (I say Unversed because Vanitas may probably return as a Seeker Of Darkness, but I don't know about Dream Eaters, since they're only in the Realm Of Sleep, ya know?)

I'd love to see the floating lantern scene from Tangled used and have them all turn into a huge mass of heartless to fight!

Thanks, but no thanks. That was authentic for KH2. Helped give that title its character. I think it should remain that way.

Why if we will get those battles:
