A fellow member mentioned their birthday, and I felt bad not knowing about it. Some people take birthdays for granted, such as myself (it's just the day I was born), but others might see it in a different way.

I know you can check a person's profile for their birthday if it's set, but to go through every single member would take up too much of one's time. I'd be great if there was some kind of automated calendar that added birthdays to it. Or if that's not possible, each member can input their birthday to it.

...I just like being organized.

I'm also not doing this because my birthday is tomorrow. Really, I'm not.

That's a pretty cool idea!  That way, we can all congratulate the members who have their birthdays when they arrive! Cool suggestion! :D

To add to this what if there was like a happy birthday message sent to everyone on their birthday from KH13

I think this would be a great idea. That way, no one would forget another members birthday. An automatic message can be sent out saying it's so and so's birthday.

I think this would be pretty cool! I'd love to know if someone else shares my birthday!

Or some sort of cake icon next to their username to indicate that it's their birthday that day.

This could cause some issues.

This might not happen, but what if two kh13 users haves the same birthday?

I've forgotten to respond to the comments, so here.

I don't see how there would be a problem. It would just list more than one person. Besides, calendars aren't restricted to having one event on each day.

I went to PokeCommunity.com and they have a calendar system. Perhaps a similar one?

tmw you see that they have a hacking subforumBut they probably have less users online.

Did you take a look at the calendar? Some days have 50+ people with birthdays. KH13 is a large community and so is PokeCommunity.

  • 2 weeks later...

Something like that would be easily implanted but it would be very, very crowded.

It could be cool, but I can see it now:

September 13 (totally not using this as an example just because it's my birthday :P)

Happy Birthday, Rocketboy!

Happy Birthday, xxDonkeyguyxx!

Happy Birthday, soraxkairi629!

Happy Birthday, plsdontsuemefinebros!

Happy Birthday, thedarkness!

Happy Birthday, trollmasterlol!

Happy Birthday, Me!

Happy Birthday, Username!

Happy Birthday, Soraroxasxionvanitasventusaquaterrakaiririku29!

What we could do is have a "birthday's this month" section that's just a list of users. We could even narrow it down to just active users (i.e. Anyone who has logged on in the last week or some other criteria). This way the list would only change once a month.
