I want to know, why. KH3 is the end of the Xehanort saga, but not the end of the game. But do you want the Number titles to end?

Of course not, Kingdom Hearts is a big part of my life and I hope to see many more numbered titles

As long as they can think of interesting, new ways for the story to naturally progress and not turn it into a jumbled, incoherent mess with more sequels than The Land Before Time, I'm all for it. But truthfully, I love this series and I'd rather see it go out on a high note with a firm, satisfying conclusion than get dragged into endless mediocrity just to make money. 

Oh definitely not. I would not mind they go further with the numbered titles like KH4, KH5 and so on.

I don't want Kingdom Hearts to end, but I also wouldn't like it if the next saga ruined the first games.

well part of me says we ought to give this series a rest and just let it end now before it gets any worse. SE ought to at least give the series a couple years to breathe after KH3 comes out. Maybe give Nomura time to at least jot down some general ideas that he wants to work with in the next saga. 

 

if Nomura can actually plan out his next saga without having to retcon everything then i'm all for giving him one more chance. This saga has been disappointing mainly because he's just writing it as he goes along and it's showing. If he can not do that for the next saga then i'd be willing to give KH4 a shot.

Um, no, and I don't think the numbered titles will stop after that either. We'll probably still have plenty of spin-off midquels and what have you, but we will definitely see at least a 4 and a 5 at some point in the future.

I kind of wanted the series to end with KH3. There's nothing wrong with things ending. Sometimes it's better to end things on a good note than beat a horse to death.Personally, I'm jumping off the wagon after KH3, but I hope KH4 and beyond is loads of fun for the fanbase!

No. Kingdom Hearts will continued the number titles. There will be a Kingdom Hearts IV.

I think it would be best to end it at III, considering that the series is already starting to derail what with all of the weird plot points and retcons DDD brought to the table. I won't play anything past III unless IV looks to change most/every problem I've had with the newer entries.

I feel that KH3 should be the end of Sora's journey and the final KH title although i'm fine with them continuing. Any more KH title should introduce new protagonist instead of Sora and friends(originals only).

Also, personally, I'd like to see no numbered title after KH3. Atleast not for a couple years. I'd like to recover from the feels of playing my most hyped up game ever!

Well to be honest with all of you guys, I wouldn't want the game to end off at KH3, but I do want spin-off titles. like BBS and DDD, a game that will lead us into KH4 like Dream Drop Distance. But after a while of reading these, I think to myself. Will we be satisfied with this conslusion to the story of Kingdom Hearts. Of course I would but, I do think that we should end off at KH4.

Well, prior to having knowledge that Kingdom Hearts III wouldn't be the last KH game, well, I was sad yet happy that we'd get a conclusion to the Xehanort Saga, ya know?  But when I found out that Nomura said that Kingdom Hearts III won't be the final game in the series, I became instantly happy!  I can't wait to see what the new saga will hold after Kingdom Hearts III brings an end to the Xehanort Saga!

 

That said though, I agree with the other members here in that after Kingdom Hearts III releases, they should give the series a rest for a couple of years, ya know? That way, when development for Kingdom Hearts IV begins, fans all over will be hungry to start a new saga!  Plus, a buttload of new Disney films will have come out by then!

 

But yeah, that's going wayyyy into the future!  But the point is, I don't want Kingdom Hearts III to be the last entry in the series, ya know?  I want to see what happens beyond the Xehanort Saga!
