I have the heartless plushie. Got it from the collector's edition of HD 2.5 ReMIX last year. It's really cute. 

Man, I'm still kicking myself for not getting the Dusk one while I was in Japan. I'd like the Flood one. The Heartless one is probably just surplus from the CE's =P.
