Not exactly Koolkingdom. I got like 1.2k heartpoints in a mission and that's like 500 exp. I'm like level 71 so that does nothing. It all depends on what heartless you fight. I find that the riku mission is the best since you get 200 heartpoints for each neoshadow you defeat and then alot from riku.

Well you play as him in mission mode with the hood and two keys. If you want to play with him as one key then go to story mode and just equip zero gear and do as crimson said. Then you can get the oathkeeper. Note that the regular oathkeeper is weaker than the regular story mode key blade.
