This has been a rule in my district forever. It really pisses me off. They expect us to play nice when people talk trash or try to hurt you. I wish they realized in the real world, if you can't fight back your screwed because there's no one to go and run to for help. There is the police but they take forever to arrive and if you can't fight back, by the time the police arrive your on the ground bleeding with 10 broken bones. Way to raise your kids. Exactly. If they seriously think that someone will just go and tell a staff member after getting punched in the face instead of using A NATURAL HUMAN INSTINCT and fighting back is a moron. For god's sake, if someone put a gun to someone's head, then the person fought back and stopped the gunman, THEY'D PROBABLY STILL BE SUSPENDED. This is new, too. omg i remembered something i've actually done In 5th grade, for some reason I went around and pretended to be a hobo at recess, and managed to get a bunch of younger kids to give me coins, and I had about $8.00 or so by the end of it. For some reason, they believed me, then a yard monitor came up to me and was like "HAVE YOU BEEN TAKING MONEY FROM PEOPLE" and I'm all like "hmm no" and then this other kids like "OMG YOU LIED TO HER" I felt like Eddy that day On the night before the last day of Middle School, I went there with some toilet paper and a few eggs. It was like, 8PM or so. I threw the eggs at the classroom of my POS math teacher, then I planned to T.P. other areas of the campus, but THE PRINCIPAL WAS THERE. She didn't catch me doing the egging, but damn, I wish I could have done the TPing. Why would she be there 5 hours or so after school ends? Is she a robot? Creepy. The next day, according to witnesses, it stunk TERRIBLY at the classroom, and I got the door handle so they had to get someone over there to clean it off. Win. That same day I also stole a book from my English class that I hated and this one kid was obsessed with, soaked it in water, and froze it. I was told that "I WOULD BE TALKED TO AFTER SCHOOL". I wasn't.
