The Xion Battle, mostly because it's one of the easiest in the whole game, I absolutely hated Xion, and the transition to the final form music in the cutscene before the fight is AMAZING. Especially when the music itself kicks ass.

I've had several moments in 358/2 Days where I completely missed something then had to start the mission over. ironically, the final boss battles are some of the easiest in the whole game, speaking of that.
