So do you mean that topics are low quality, or members are rude, or both? If it's mainly the first thing, well, that's how Random is supposed to be. Perhaps simply removing Random from the recent topics list would help a great deal?

I don't think you have to go to that extent, I just think they're sometimes rude, not always, and still ignoring the rules. It's not as bad as it could be, but it just doesn't feel like much is getting done. I'm not trying to be rude myself, I'm genuinely concerned anymore.

Honestly, I think you need to find a mod who's willing to act quickly, accurately, and largely unbiased in terms of the rules. They aren't being terribly well upheld
