The AC games were better when Ezio was in it. Ezio and Alair were the only two assassins that made the story interesting in the AC games. At least in my opinion.

I enjoyed the first one, but I really loved what they did with the second one so much more. Brotherhood is probably my favorite, although if Revelations hadn't of had Den Defense and hadn't have made the Desmond missions first person or so boring, it probably would've been my favorite. AC 3 is just... really boring. I feel like 4 will be a bit better though. But I don't like it as AC 4. I wish it were AC 3: Black Flag.

And yes I do feel like the one game a year plan has diminished the quality.
