    yeah I updated it this morning but every time I try to connect to the internet it says that it can't connect to the access point and idk why it's saying that I can connect to the store and such good but idk why it's like this.

    I don't know either. Sounds really weird. Maybe try taking off your Internet connection on the 3DS and then reconnect and see if that works. If it doesn't, then wait a couple of hours and see if you can't connect still. If you can't, then try contacting Nintendo if needed.
