    ACTA was introduced last year and was signed 3 months ago. The United States support it but it has the U.S have the ability to ignore most of the portion of the bill or even the entire bill. STOP PANICKING.

    I think it works now . but in the future when you change try hitting CTRL and F5 .. or ALT and F5 . dont remember what one of those. makes your web browser reset or something i dont know all i know is that it works
