Awwwww cmon! Why is there no love for Heihachi whatsoever D: ?? He is undoubtedly my fav to play in any of the Tekken games overall, he is the only genuine human among them and he is a lot less serious and humorous. He fits my style perfectly

I am pretty certain that as good as the game ended out, the psp was limited in comparison to the ps2. Like Indecypher said, the reason as to why none of the three had any capes was due to frame issues, so recreating such a fast-paced and flashy combat style for Terra would probably be quite difficult. Plus, it would mean they had to do something insane with Ven and Aqua as well, or Terra would just be plain overpowered in comparison
