  1. It's a toss up between my 3DS, Wii U or PS4. I play games on a number of different platforms though.
  2. I really don't understand all the hate towards the live-action films they've made recently. Alice in Wonderland, Cinderella and The Jungle Book all are very well made adaptations that can easily stand side by side with their animated equivalents. Sure they've announced way too many in advance, but that's not really the fault of the films themselves. The last two (Cinderella and The Jungle Book) were very well made films. Both vastly expanded on developing the characters more than the animated versions, and both looked exceptional. The special effects in The Jungle Book in particular were incredible. I guess people will find reasons to hate on anything these days, but the only weak film I believe they've done is Maleficent and that's largely down to how they changed too much from Sleeping Beauty itself. I'm looking forward to the future live-action films (mostly Mulan) and while I wish they weren't touching properties like Dumbo or Fantasia (as I don't think they will work well) that's not gonna stop be from seeing them. Also as for the "Disney have officially run out of original ideas" gibberish, they are a company that need to make money. We still get animated films from both them and Pixar every year. These live-action adaptations are a way of bringing older stories to a new generation of people. You see other studios do it all the time with fairy-tales so why is "unoriginal" when Disney does it?
  3. I... I wouldn't look into it too much haha.
  4. I absolutely hate people talking during a film. Kids are also incredibly annoying when they cannot sit still. I honestly think kids under a certain age shouldn't be allowed go to the cinema. I know it ruins it for other more well-behaved kids, but I hate not being able to go to the cinema during the day (especially when seeing more family friendly films) because I know there are going to be lots of kids in there. Like last night, I went to see The Jungle Book at 9pm to avoid parents and kids. Likewise with Zootropolis a few weeks back. I know when I was a kid I never acted this way, I loved going to see films and I'd sit still and actually watch it. The kids argument doesn't just apply to the cinema though, I saw a live-concert event for Fantasia and it was filled to the brim with kids that kept talking and given the price of the tickets it absolutely ruined my experience. As for the chair kicking one it doesn't happen often, but I always tell the person behind to stop kicking it. They usually get the message.
  5. Oswald the Lucky Rabbit would be brilliant, but to be honest I'd be happy with any of the older cast of characters. I love that they get at least recognised in worlds like Timeless River and Disney Town.
  6. Easily one of my favourite Final Fantasy games (up there with VI), so I dipped. €16 was a bit pricey compared to the other Final Fantasy games on Steam, but with it being released so close to summer I cannot see it getting any more than a 20% deduction even when the summer sales come around. It's truly a very much overlooked Final Fantasy title so I hope the PC port gives people a chance to experience it. I know I can't wait to replay it.
  7. Rogue One looks interesting and I will definitely see it, but I thought the teaser was a bit disappointing. Doctor Strange looks interesting too, but I really don't know anything about it so I'll be seeing the film on a whim. As for everything else, I haven't seen the Fantastic Beasts trailer (I should probably do that). X-Men really looks great. Bad Neighbours 2 looks good, but the first was kind of a guilty pleasure film for me so. Now for the controversial opinion: Suicide Squad still looks like a giant ball of meh. I'm really trying to be somewhat open minded about it, but I quite simply don't like Margot Robbie as Harley, and the movie really doesn't look good. I liked that Batman was in the new trailer, but I can't see it being any more than a quick cameo. I also still don't know what to make of Jared Leto as Joker.
  8. Starlight as it's the only Keyblade that I currently have five slots open for.
  9. Could've been due to technology or time constraints really. The extra area in Birth by Sleep definitely felt lacking, but I don't think KH1 and KH2 can get that much stick for what they did. The colosseum was really an excuse to give the series a mini-game, which was painfully evident in the first Kingdom Hearts game. However, Kingdom Hearts II vastly improved the world by adding the Underworld, while also destroying the colosseum in the process. All while still giving us the tournament mini-games. As for, Chain of Memories and Re:coded... It's understandable why the world is like what it is in those games. I completely agree that it has been a missed opportunity so far, but hopefully that will change with Kingdom Hearts III and we'll see more of the world that is represented in the film. It definitely looks far bigger from the recent trailers that's for sure. I'm sure the team will expand a lot on the world from what Kingdom Hearts II and Birth by Sleep did.
  10. RPGs not from Square Enix? I'll try to list favourites as I've played a number of RPGs over the years. Xenoblade Chronicles / Xenoblade Chronicles X Earthbound Fire Emblem Pokémon The Last Story Transistor World of Warcraft Dragon Age To name a few any ways.
  11. I'm not really fazed by it. I only briefly played x[chi] and even then I never paid much attention to the story elements that were being translated. The difference's in story between both x[chi] and Unchained x really feels unnecessary to begin with any ways. It does make me wonder if Unchained x will even have that long of a life though. Smartphone games that rely on servers normally don't, but I guess we'll see in 3 years.
  12. I'm currently on mission 60 something. I haven't had much of a chance to play the game, but I'm enjoying it at a nice enough pace. Daybreak Town is really cool, definitely hope it's a playable world in KH3 or something, as it'd be really cool to explore in 3D.
  13. I'm just using the White Overalls. I've been completing the avatar boards as best as I can, but I haven't seen any reason to switch.
  14. What is your game ID Number/Nickname? ID: 41651, Name: Chris What level are you? Currently 34. Why did you join the Anguis union? I picked the one that I heard little about. Everyone goes on a lot about the others so... Are you a member of a party? Yes, but I think I might make a party myself, not sure yet. If not, would you like to join one? -- What is your favorite medal? My strongest medal is a 5 Star KH Sora Ver. A, but my favourite is probably the King Mickey KH2 one.
  15. Funny enough I spotted in the URL of the game on the Play Store that the JP version was called "khuxjp", while the page for the NA version was called "khuxww". It makes me believe that 'ww' is for worldwide, but who knows. It'll definitely get released eventually, but I wish SE weren't so hush-hush about even announcing it.
  16. It's alright so far. I've only got to Agrabah so I'm very early in the game as I haven't had enough time to play it. Nothing has happened in the story so far and based on some of the posts here, I'll be playing a while before anything does. I'm a bit divided on the Medal System. On one hand, it's kind of a throwback to the Card System in CoM which I like... But on the other, the medals are quite grindy to level and evolve. I haven't obtained any medals that can evolve my cards yet, but no doubt I will. Obtaining new medals with Jewels is far too random too. The combat itself is pretty damn easy, there's been one or two quests where I haven't three "Mickey'd" them simply because I can't defeat an enemy in one turn, but other than that I have never been in danger of almost dying. In fact I mostly one shot things. I haven't joined a party or anything, but that's because I don't really get it. All in all, I'm only playing the game for the story. So as long as the gameplay doesn't get too grindy or have an over reliance on me having to buy jewels to get better medals in order to progress then I'll be perfectly happy. The game runs really smooth on my Xperia Z3 so that's definitely a plus
  17. Xperia's are so underrated among the masses haha Oh of course, installing APKs on Android is so stupidly simple. I'll weigh up my options later in the day when I can download the update through wifi rather than data, but at the moment I'll probably just use Bluestacks, provided there are minimal issues that is. At least I can always just transfer it to my phone if it doesn't work I was reading the post on how iOS users can access it if they are outside the US and it just seems unnecessary jumping through so many hoops compared to Android (Not that I own an iOS device any ways, but still )
  18. I think if the Wii U had been a huge success then the VC library would be far better than what it currently is, this includes the option of Gamecube games. Nintendo aren't updating the Wii U VC as often as anybody would like and the prices on some games (Wii ones in particular) do put people off even getting them. That said! I do believe they had plans to put the Gamecube on it, but simply didn't bother. If they added Gamecube games to the eShop now then it'd suffer the same fate as the N64 and DS titles... As in, there is barely any of them and they update them very infrequently. Although lostmemory123 makes a good point about the controller issues too.
  19. I have a Sony Xperia Z3 so I'll definitely be playing it on that. Though, if Square Enix haven't announced a European release by the end of April then I'm going to play it on my PC through other methods. I thought we were past the days of NA getting games far in advance of us PAL people, at least with the Kingdom Hearts series that is.
  20. I'm undecided. Though this is because Square Enix are undecided if they want to support a European release.
  21. I've never played a Star Ocean game before so I'm curious to see if this will be any good. I've liked the trailers and gameplay footage so far and the game looks really nice visually. A July release is perfect time to dive into it. I wonder where Square Enix will find the time to fit Nier and 2.8 in for the rest of the year though... One of them has to be a December release I'd say.
  22. PlayStation: Crash Bandicoot 3 PlayStation 2: Kingdom Hearts II PlayStation 3: Dragon Age: Origins PlayStation 4: Final Fantasy XIV PSP: Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Vita: Rayman Legends PC: Portal 2 Gameboy Advance: Final Fantasy VI Advance Nintendo DS: Pokémon SoulSilver Nintendo 3DS: Fire Emblem Awakening Gamecube: Super Smash Bros Melee Wii: Xenoblade Chronicles Wii U: Super Smash Bros Honorary Mention: Wii U (Virtual Console): Earthbound (as the game never release in Europe on SNES).
  23. It's an absolute blast thus far. Definitely helps to have funny friends though. The Miifoto is easily my favourite feature from it haha. The friend system is strange, I only have 6 Facebook friends who use it, but we are trying to encourage others to use it too. As odd as it sounds, I'm glad there is no censorship on it. You can say whatever you want to your friends and while they could report an answer chances are they won't as they know you. Not sure what to make of the new point system in My Nintendo though, but I'm sure it'll get better over time. So far so good any ways!
  24. Finally fixed my silly laptop.
  25. I plan to buy many games. Heck, I bought 5 games yesterday on Steam alone.
