So, I'm scared to try a level 1 run on any of the kingdom hearts games (as I worry it would ruin the enjoyment I have), yet I also feel it could be pretty fun! But I'd have no clue how to start

Well I think Snow would fit the hero theme pretty well. Sazh would relate good to Goofy too, especially if they introduce Max (even a similar color scheme to the characters!)

I agree. I find it odd too (though with point totals I guess it makes sense, I didn't know there was a limit till recently) that the journal trophies are all bronze, yet they require you to basically get many of the silver trophies multiple times.

I still haven't really started KH2FM, so can't really answer this question fully. I guess it would go under haven't attempted? But I've been working on Birth by Sleep. I will attempt the crowns soon enough though!

I hear ya there. I'm thinking about taking that approach on KH2FM. Or at least start out on Proud. Never fought Terra before, nor the Data Organization, so I'm a bit apprehensive about my ability to win on Critical (then again, first wins ever against No Heart and Eraqus' Armor were on Critical)

It's long and tedious, especially near the end (if doing Critical and needing to grind every character). Keep it up, devote a little time to it each day if you can, and maybe stick to a couple of tasks per character at a time (especially with the bosses, you get familiar with how each character operates by repeatedly using them).

After a while, I caved and just Strike Raided him. Still works! Mysterious figure took a little bit, but there was at least strategy of some sort there so it was fun. Beat him with Ven with the tornadoes today as well, so now only Aqua is left! (grinding is a pain though; fortunately Terra's battle levels went up, though the others have yet to do so)

I never use cure haha. Learned my lesson on the PSP. Hi potions are what I have been using, plus Square mines, plus Aerial Slam. Terra's dodge just seems ridiculously slow, and it seems to make a longer hit box for Terra (I know he's invincible somewhat, but Vanitas is faster). The big thing is... Armor of the Master AND No Heart were both fun, even if challenging with Terra. And Mysterious Figure was always at least somewhat fun on the PSP. But I can't stand Vanitas, he tends to be so cheap here, and it ruins the fun of the game for me a lot of the time (and I still have to do it all again with both Aqua and Ven).Blah

That seems quite interesting for sure! I may try it. Timing is hard for sure, but enough practice should help! And yes, I have every ability available.

I think they all should be in! Unversed, Heartless, and Nobodies (the latter two almost certainly a given) (Maybe one or two Dream Eaters, with a sync system with DDD HD? Have them as a summon or something called "Dream Eater")

Would anyone have any tips for beating this guy on Critical difficulty (particularly with Terra at the moment)?I'm at a higher level than I was on any other difficulty when I beat him on the original (my Terra is currently level 60), but Terra just doesn't seem to dodge fast enough. I have actually even considered the Strike Raid trick, though I am unsure if it even works in 2.5 anymore (I don't see why it wouldn't but you never know).At least with Mysterious Figure I always thought he was hard, but a little on the fair side Vanitas' Sentiment has NEVER been fair for me though lol

Considering I already bought it on the PS3 and have no incentive to ever get rid of it currently... Why would I pay five more dollars than I already paid just for a PC port and potential trophy support?
