I feel like Corey Burton has always done a good job, even though his voice is different than Christopher Lee. Christopher Lee is a busy and expensive man though so it's probably hard to get him for each one. Plus he is 91 years old. 91!!!!!!!!

Organs in video games always remind me of Ganondorf in Ocarina of Time, at the end when you climb the tower and the organ in the background music keeps getting louder until you go into the chamber at the top and it turns out he is playing one.

I'm assuming it will have a secret ending built in for KH3. Pre-orders will probably get some form of an artbook too or something similar in scope, especially if it is only on PS3, a demo wouldn't really make sense for a PS4/XB1 game.

Yeah good points. The system is not good for gamers. Corporations like Microsoft try to act like the used game market is this horrible thing for them, many publishers use this lie too. They DO lose some money, but not nearly what they try to convince the public. EA was the first to tell the truth, when they announced they were eliminating online passes. They said it was stupid and that they really don't lose that much money from used games. It's just an elaborate scam to make more money. Also, the PS4 is just a better system, right down to the hardware. 8 GB of GDDR5 RAM in the PS4 vs 8GB of DDR3 in the Xbox One. That alone is HUGE. Just for reference, I have 16 GB of the same DDR3 RAM in my MacBook Pro, and I have had that for around a year already. Give it a few years and it's going to be outdated. Thats just one hardware limitation vs. PS4 Sony is definitely getting my money (they would have anyway but now there is no debate)

It's why I bought every other system that KH has been on... Why stop now?

Where did you hear this?? I haven't heard any rumors of this, and seeing as they are one of Sony's most profitable developers, as well as one of the most popular, I find this extremely hard to believe. There are rumors that another Uncharted for PS4 is already in the works too. The Last of Us is also a hugely successful game as it got 10/10's from just about every review that was done. In fact I just looked it up, this was a rumor that came out before Last of Us was announced saying they weren't making any more games. Then Last of Us was announced, debunking that rumor.

3D is definitely one of my favorites.

Kingdom Hearts 3 makes me want a PS4, but I will definitely get other games for it. I did the same thing with BBS for PSP. I got the PSP/BBS bundle from Gamestop. I eventually bought a bunch of other games for it. Now I have like 8 so i don't feel so bad about it. I got a PS2 for KH as well. I had a gamecube then played KH1 at a friends house. I fell in love with it and then saved up for a PS2. I found out about sly cooper and ratchet and clank and all the other great sony exclusives. KH3 is definitely the reason why I want a PS4, but I will keep getting other games like assassins creed, madden, MLB the Show, and hopefully more sly cooper, ratchet and clank, uncharted, and much much more.

That would be cool. I think it would be better as a movie than a game... It had a lot less content than 358/2 Days too so I think it could definitely happen.

The Xbox brand has never sold well in Japan in the first place. And it isnt even releasing in Japan right away. Basically Microsoft will be telling them, "hey Japan, you don't like our systems but here it is! It's more expensive than the PS4 and Wii U, it wont be available here for awhile, and you probably won't like the games either! Come buy it!" Silly Microsoft.

If only they had made a 358/2 Days movie. The cutscenes are going to be great, but a movie would have been even better.

I never cared for the Xbox, or the 360. The exclusives did not appeal to me and any games I did like were also available on PS3. I've always preferred Nintendo and Sony systems. Also, I never liked the feel of the controller. The offset control sticks always annoyed me.

Like many before me, Xaldin was the only boss to kill me and thus give me the opportunity to play as mickey. AND IT WAS AWESOME. I was just like HUH??? the first time it happened. And anti form was always annoying but I would just run around and try to avoid things until I changed back.

Yeah its a marketing thing, People will be more inclined to buy a 3DS if they see these games that work on it instead of buying a used DS.

I think this is really interesting and I cannot yet say that "I'm in" but I will definitely consider it. I play Saxophone, Flute and Clarinet fluently. I am also an experienced video editor, and that could be of some use at some poin. But I am also an extremely busy Conservatory musician. I will definitely follow the progress of this thread.

Gotcha. I see where you're coming from. That makes sense, but other than the worlds that havent been decided yet, Nomura probably has the overarching story together. Also, I would LOVE to see more at TGS but I feel like they will focus on HD 2.5. But who knows!! I was convinced we wouldnt see anything of KH3 until maybe next year and I was way wrong.

I disagree with you. When Nomura says development started in 2010, he means of the story. No computer development started until last July at the earliest. Also, the final dev kits for PS4 and XB1 werent even out yet, so all work done by 3rd parties for next-gen platforms was basically preliminary stuff. The final dev kits weren't released till around last November. That means they had about 8 months of real time to build this game. Nomura was right and the teaser was probably too early, but he felt that it was time to show it. I mean, the groundwork for the game is probably done, but most of the worlds are probably not put in. Most of the colors are not there, the battle system isnt even finalized. Did you notice the the HUD on the teaser wasn't even doing anything?? It was there for show, as a possible look of the final version. They are far enough along that the game should be done by 2015, but as far as a full blown trailer, no way. I would venture to guess that the full blown trailer will be included as a secret ending on the second HD collection.

If he keeps his promise of a game a year it will come out in 2015. 1.5 in 2013, 2.5 in 2014 and KH3 in 2015. Osaka has been free since summer of 2012 when they finished 3D. Also its being built on the Luminous engine which allows for much quicker development. A 2015 release is completely reasonable. What do you mean the point they are at? Development cycles take a very long time. Especially for next-gen hardware. Even if it is on the luminous engine. Also, they showed us a teaser. That doesnt mean they don't already have a lot done. The story is probably done as well as the basic build of the game. They are probably finalizing worlds now as well as exploring multiplayer options. It seems like you think they have just started. Like I said before, the team wasnt even available until last summer. They are probably a fair ways along and just put something together for the reveal. But the game isnt trailer ready yet.

It was because of time. Chain of Memories already existed as a fully 3d rendered game in KH RE: Chain of Memories. To remake 358/2 Days it would have taken a year alone, not including the other two titles in 1.5 remix. A similar situation would apply to Re: Coded, while BBS and KH2 already are fully 3D rendered. For Time purposes and sticking to nomura's KH game a year plan, it evens the games content wise with 2 full 3D rendered games and a game in cutscenes, and also allows them to use a similar time frame to get the games out quicker. Yes I would have loved 358/2 Days playable in HD, but honestly it wasnt my favorite game with the way of leveling up and stuff. I much prefer KH2 and BBS and would rather get them sooner.
