Those are only negatives. There are no positives other than continuity which could also become a negative.

Ben Affleck is a much older John Blake. 20+ year jump from DKR. Most characters from DKR are probably dead or old as firetruck. A couple of enemies have been used already. It restricts the story.

I don't see any point in doing this. Wouldn't add to the story at all. It'd only restrict. They already firetrucked up by not getting Christian bale as batman.

Roxas had his own heart. Also in chain of memories, sora and roxas both existed simultaneously for a while and I didn't see any negative effects of them both existing. They only had to "combine" because roxas had all of sora's memories because of Namine. Roxas could easily come back in Kingdom Hearts 3 and I expect him to.

I honestly rarely used summons in kingdom hearts 1 and 2. Summons will be back in a completely different way though for kh3, maybe you can summon keyblade weilders to help?
