Yeah but sticking true to my unpopular opinion, the first series captures the feeling of the manga better, so I'd recommend either start with that or read the manga first and then watch brotherhood after getting the mangas more emmersive and better paced feeling.

I read up until the end of the fullbringers and followed it for years but was always turned off by how repetitive and full of plot expositions it was, a high point for bleach despite all that and what kept me reading was the characters , I never really liked içhigo but everyone else was pretty memorable. I know its the bad reader reviews that made the series end how it is, but it is a shame the series isn't getting the ending it, its fans and kubo deserve. Also glad you all got so much out of it.

What you've described is a genuinely nice girl, but unfortunately they're not all like that, same as with guys you get absolute knob heads and then a few silver linings among them all. That's a good question, there's a few methods come to mind but my big one recently is when im in the face of adversity, instead of giving into fear and hesitation I tell myself to do the thing, and then i do the thing, regardless of how nervous i am, or how much i think i could firetruck up i take a deep breath and remind myself whatever happens its not the end of the world.
