I play Splatoon almost daily and have around 100 hours of play time. My FC is in my sig.

I won't be playing it again, since I beat TP just a few years ago but I'll be peering over my brother's shoulder intensively just to see this "new dungeon", and Nintendo has made me extremely curious as what transfers over to Zelda U. And honestly, this game doesn't bother me at all, because I'm about 70%~80% sure it exists to appease the wait for Zelda U after it got delayed, yet everyone is actively attacking it like it's cancer...seriously? The vocal minority of Zelda fans is disgustingly pessimistic.

Honestly I have every character I ever wanted in smash at this point (Shulk, Palutena, Mega Man, Cloud) so I'll just root for the KK Rool fans to get their character and everything else is sweet icing on the cake.

According to my Amazon order, I won't be getting my special edition until Dec 10th-11th. I really hope that estimation is wrong, because I really won't have time to play it during my finals week...

Crash had a massively popular ad campaign in Japan (for a time) and was a major fighting force mascot against Mario during the 90's, so he's 100% applicable for Smash bros as far as I'm concerned. Having all the iconic mascots from 90's gaming giants (Nintendo, SEGA, Sony) would be a nostalgic fever dream.

....They just stealthfully announced Cloud Strife like it was nothing. Like it was an enigma. Like we expected it. Like we all just collectively said "ahuh this will definitely happen today." Holy crap, what do I even say. This is...I...uh...wow...I imagine this a Snake situation all over again. This is like ordering a cheeseburger and someone handing you a gold bar....like...I was hungry for something but....how do you even react now that you handed me something of value worth 1000% more than what I was expecting I'm not even mad, this is freaking unbelievable.

Well someone did a gameplay comparison and XCX's Mira is about 5X THE SIZE OF SKYRIM O_o I know what I'll be playing in wait for KH3 now.

Pre-order bonuses are overrated anyway tbh. I can see why one would might as well pre-order from a specific place to get a bonus with their game, but in that case there are plenty more options so I can't find fault with this- I mean at least they're giving you something (and 20% off isn't bad).

This is the most incredible surprise I've seen all week. Never in a million years would I guess these characters would make a cameo appearance in something like Project X Zone 2.

Welp, I just spent $89.99 plus tax today.

I've only recently beaten the Drakengard spin-off, Nier, and you might like the story in that game a lot better if you find sexual content uneasy, because the only thing sexual in Nier is how one of the character's dresses but that's really it. Though from the description you gave of Drakengard 3, Nier probably won't change your mind about the series gameplay-wise, but it will get you ready for Nier 2 which already sounds like it will surpass the original in every way possible (though to be fair, the music in Nier was god-like, so there's one reason why the game has a loyal fanbase).

I'm really indifferent to all this: supposing if Sakurai wants as many DLC characters as possible than sure I'm all for Shovel Knight. But if there's only going to be a planned set amount of DLC characters, then please no; someone like Shantae or even Rayman would make a better pick for Third-party DLC. Also, I'm really hoping the DLC isn't just returning characters and Third-party reps, because I really want some surprise entry Nintendo characters like Wii Fit Trainer.

I'm secretly glad they were moronic enough to spread out there stupid plans for the world to see, so no one got hurt. I'm avoiding all if any opinion blogs and news articles like the plague now because I can already tell what the clueless headliner(s) would be: "Two Terrorists Thwarted in A Pokemon TCG (The Cult Game) Inspired Massacre Plan"

Well the alt costumes started out as (Gamestop?) pre-order exclusives and now you can buy them no questions asked, so it would be kinda foolish to neglect the fans who bought past DLC and put in the effort to get everything in Hyrule Warriors, ESPECIALLY considering how huge of a game it is. Being able to transfer save datas would definitely benefit everyone, though I'm 90% sure they'll release the new characters as purchasable DLC.

TETRA HYPE Also, the game might finally get a Wind Waker story arc it deserves (I'm also hoping there's more better methods for leveling up too, because currently it's tedious and takes forever) Also, someone pointed this out:

I can understand making this for 3DS, since SEGA could rush it out without gambling too much with another costly console release...but, really? The first two sold terribly with hardly any positive critical appeal (Shattered Crystal stands at laughable 47 in Metacritic). I'll take a guess and say this only exists so they can tie in something with the tv show only 3 people watch. But even then, what's the point?

I only emulate when developers have no plans to bring over a game, and since most of the games overseas I want to play are on Nintendo consoles I'm either forced to play them illegally *glares at Mother 3* or buy a whole new system because of region locking *extra glares at Taiko Wii U*. Also, Nintendo is never getting Conker or Banjo Kazooie back, so torrenting those games won't be stealing from anybody. However, I condone any other excuse to use emulators if it just means getting new games for free.
