After KH3 i wont be holding my hopes high for FF7R. Games that take this long to develop and release usually dont end up meeting expectations anyways. When it comes i'll be excited to play it however until then i dont really care

Solid 7. Vanilla KH3 is on par with vanilla KH2. Lack of postgame content (bosses) alone drops it down from a 9 to a 7 for me

Anyone else feel like the postgame in KH3 is lacking? All we have is Dark Inferno who i can easily beat in 2 minutes at Level 99 w/ Ultima Weapon. Back in KH2FM we had Sephiroth and Lingering Will which i struggled with even at LVL99 with Ultima and maxed gear. There was also Olympus cups which were fun too. The battlegates in KH3 are super easy even on proud as you can just spam -ga magic and wipe everything on screen. I really hope we get more bosses postgame in future DLC updates; if we don't then i can say for sure that KH3 has the worst postgame in the entire series. Even the handheld games had more postgame content than KH3 does...

I wouldn't call it a masterpiece; KH2FM still has that title. Its for sure up there in quality but i'd still say KH2 was better

I disagree. The only thing that i dislike are the lack of final fantasy characters since Leon, Cloud, Yuffie, and Tifa were so integral to the story. Other than that the game was good. Also not having 99 saves sucks (i'll keep saying it)

To practice for bosses. LVL1 proud is trash right now with absolute chip damage and you need to learn patterns to master fights. You cannot do this with only 9 slots.

Even 0.2 had 99 save slots. It needs to be patched in

Don't understand why we only get 9 save slots. I understand the game is large in terms of file size but if you've got a terabyte drive in your system space isn't a concern. I hope we get 99 save slots patched in the future.

1/2 games we thought would never happen has already arrived. Now begins the wait for the other anticipated Square Enix title. I am super hyped for whats to come with Final Fantasy 7 this year

My mentality on leaks is totally different from the majority. I actually don't really care about them and when they pop up in my feeds i watch them just out of curiosity. The game is 9 days away, we're all gonna see the story eventually. Why does it matter if some scenes are viewed now? Not trying to troll, im legit curious. I feel the same way about movies too. Guess i am in the minority

If you guys haven't heard of this series i highly encourage you to try it out. Its one of the best JRPG's that have ever been made IMO. The first 2 games are already on PS3 and Steam and now we are finally getting the english version of CS3 this fall

There's no way they're not in the game. They were both an integral part of KH1 and KH2's stories. The actors are probably keeping quiet because they're under NDA

DLC boss battles is the most likely thing to happen if they even decide to add anything post launch

This is why my expectations have been low to begin with. Learned my lesson with FFXV. Im sure the game will be great/fun but its not as hype as everyone was expecting. Hopefully this doesn't translate to FF7R; fans have been waiting for that game longer than KH3 and i'd hate for it to be lackluster

Will most likely play on standard first due to 0.2's lackluster floaty combat system. What i've seen from the trailers doesn't look too promising either in terms of improvements. I'll hold off on critical until i play through the game once

He'll most likely shift gear to fully focusing on FF7R and its corresponding episodic releases. KH won't even be on his mind until the FF7R trilogy is completed

Not really worth spending the extra cash IMO. Just go with the standard edition
