That's why I'm 50/50 on the release date speculation :)It was really surprising that SE is far in development but then again they are known for being perfect and giving fans something worth waiting for! :DAnd omg if Treasure Planet is shown, I will freak!!!And yes! Showing off the other characters would be soooo awesome!!I don't know about a story taller being shown. But then again, the whole KH fan event is somewhere about an hour and 30 minutes so pretty sure they might just want to show a story trailer

I'm 50/50 on whether a release date would be presented at D23 Japan. If there were then maybe Winter 2016 at the earliest and maybe mid-2017 at the latest. The year 2016 might be a good chance but then again 2017 marks the 15th anniversary since the first Kingdom Hearts game. What's another way to celebrate than to release the game we've all been waiting for? As for what SE could show at D23, maybe a short new trailer on what they've done so far and a new world?

As much as we want to play as Kairi for the first time ever, I feel Xehanort would be more interesting in terms of "perspective". Sure, we know him as the big evil doer of the whole saga, but, he's still sort of a mystery. We might just REALLY find out why he chose to go on the dark path alone. ~~~ Then again, Eraqus seems to be an interesting one too. I feel like there are some parallels between him, Xehanort, Sora, and Riku. But hey! Ya know! Xehanort seems more interesting
