Looks like I need to save up. If I can't get HT Sora, i'd at least like to have Riku. How durable are Play Arts suppose to be? I have both the new Sora and Roxas. Roxas' head has gotten really loose and keeps falling off unless you leave him alone, and I somehow screwed up one of Sora's legs. The leg is slightly twisted. Due to this, I can't push it back all the way to its regular position. If I do, it just bounces back. These are luckily not major problems, though. I don't want to touch them anymore because i'm paranoid about breaking them.

I like quick time events, but I also like this. I feel like, since we're going to be in control, the battles will be a little more challenging as well. Even though the reaction command in quick times are gone, what about just using it to talk to NPCs? Will they leave it in for that?

Ehhh, I suppose so. I, personally, ship them because they're "like two peas in a pod." They're a good team, and just fit well with each other, in my opinion. They're still my OTP, but I don't like them as much as I used to.
