  1. Normally the PS4 is my main system, but I have The World Ends With You: Final Remix for Switch, and I want to keep the games on the same system, so I'll be picking it up for Switch.
  2. I could definitely see us getting a teaser or something, but I dont' want to put all my eggs in that basket because I've been disappointed with not seeing something at E3 before. And I've got a TON of anticipation for E3 this year because most of the games I'm waiting for have received next to no info since their announcements, sooo I'm a little on edge. That being said, though, we haven't gotten a new KH game announcement in quite a while, so I think they're due to give us some news.
  3. I definitely would love to see a game following Luxu, or even just a game bridging the gap of what Luxu was doing between Union Cross and Birth by Sleep. Honestly, though, I'm much more interested in a game exploring the world of Yozora. Either one would make me very happy, though!
  4. Much like everyone else so far in this topic, I am not a PC gamer, but if I were I would probably just start with the first entry and play through the entire series.
  5. I haven't even see the movie yet and already I'm certain that it would be a fantastic fit for a world in Kingdom Hearts. It would be awesome for sure!
  6. Man, I had such good times with BBS on PSP. Enjoy!
  7. Moana for sure. It would be a great fit and she would make an awesome party member. I think Zootopia would be a decent choice as well. The city is just so big, I would love to be able to explore it. Not interested in seeing the live action Alice in Wonderland in KH, to be honest. I think I'm good with the animated one. And I actually hated Ralph Breaks the Internet, so no thank you.
  8. Thunder. It's awesome for level/munny grinding once you've picked up thundaga, especially in KH1.
  9. I'm kind of relieved, to be honest. I Uninstalled the game a few months back because I'd gotten tired of constantly having to wait for new updates and I found that the gameplay was just so boring and repetitive, so I've been following the updates on Youtube. Now that it's ending, maybe we'll get a console port. Probably not, but it would be cool.
  10. Darn it! Now I can't use Kingdom Hearts as my main reason for choosing console gaming over PC gaming, lol.
  11. I'm super excited to see what happens with my man Lea, and also Isa. Now that Isa is whole again, I've been wondering if he will also end up being worthy of a keyblade.
  12. My first choice would have to be The Great Mouse Detective, since that's one of my favourite disney movies. And I think the clock tower showdown would be pretty cool in KH. However, I have to admit that The Black Cauldron would probably be a better fit for the series. And the film has gotten a lot better with age. Although Gurgi is still insanely annoying.
  13. Maybe. Time will tell. Regardless I would like it if Demyx were from Quadratum.
  14. In both. If it's not the same voices then it's a freakish coincidence.
  15. I guess even "unofficially confirmed" is premature, but in the ending of the Limit Cut, when YOzora wakes up in the car, the driver's voice is Luxord's voice. Could be a coincidence, but it seems deliberate.
  16. I actually do like the idea of Demyx being from Quadratum, and since he's the member immediately before Luxord who has basically been unofficially confirmed as being from Quadratum, I definitely think it's possible. I have heard the theories that Demyx is the MoM, but I'm hoping that this isn't the case. HOnestly though, one of my favourite things about the KH series is how good it is at subverting my expectations. Usually I'm really good at predicting stories and events, but there have only been a handful of instances with the KH series wherein my theories were actually correct. So honestly, I'm not entirely confident in any of my Demyx theories yet.
  17. Balthier and Fran from FFXII. I think they would have an interesting dynamic with the main cast and I just love those two. I also wouldn't mind seeing Cecil or Kain from FFIV. Or Kefka from FFVI. To be honest though, if we could get some characters from games other than FFVII, FFVIII and FFX and X-2, that alone would satisfy me. I'm sick of only seeing characters from those entries. But my top choices are the ones mentioned above.
  18. Here's mine. Keep in mind that the order changes depending on how I'm feeling, but here's the rankings as of right now: 1. Kingdom Hearts III I know a lot of people were disappointed with certain things in Kingdom Hearts III when it came out, but I was absolutely smitten with the game. I loved how well it tied up so many loose ends and how many questions it answered, and I loved how absolutely enormous the worlds were. There were still a few things I didn't really care for (such as Kairi's continued lack of development), but they were just nitpicks. The game is still absolutely solid IMO. 2. Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep I know a lot of people are going to find this weird, but I absolutely love Birth by Sleep. I love the command system, I love the story, the music, the characters, everything. I also loved being able to see the Organization back when they were still young and whole. Lea and Isa were my favourites. This was my favourite installment in the series until KHIII came out. 3. Kingdom Hearts 3D Once again, I imagine this game's placing on my list is going to seem weird to a lot of people, but I really enjoy KH3D. I love the Dream Eater system because it allows the player to put together a party from dozens of options, which is something that no other entry in the series does. I also really enjoyed the story, especially since this was the point that Axel officially became a keyblade wielder. 4. Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories Chain of memories has a battle system that is VERY divisive, but I've always loved the card system in CoM. I like that it gives you the ability to be strategic and organize your deck however you like in a style that works for you. I also love the story for this game as it is the point in the series where the overarching plot actually shows up. 5. Kingdom Hearts II I imagine a lot of people are flabbergasted that I put KHII so far down this list, but I was never all that taken with KHII ike everyone else was. While the story was really good, I found that some of the worlds felt really small and the reaction commands got really annoying really fast. As I got older I grew to enjoy the game much more, and obviously the Final Mix version made some fantastic improvements. I can't deny that it's a great game, but for some reason I find that I prefer to play through other games in the series over this one. 6. Kingdom Hearts The original Kingdom Hearts will always have a special place in my heart, and because I played it dozens of times as a kid I have always retained a strong ability to play through it with ease, but I can't deny that it hasn't exactly aged well. The plot seems weirdly separated from the rest of the series, and the magic system was not well thought out. Nevertheless, I will always love the original Kingdom Hearts game, and it is by no means a bad game, even by today's standards. 7. Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days Aside from the fantastic story that Days gave us, I was not a big fan of this one. The panel system was absolutely atrocious IMO, and having a limit to how much magic you could cast during missions really did not sit well with me. It would be nice to see them remake the game with a complete overhaul, but I doubt that is ever going to happen. 8. Kingdom Hearts X/Union Cross/Dark Road While Union Cross and Dark Road do have interesting stories, the fact that we have to wait so long between entries as well as the insane difficulty spikes I encountered in Dark Road has caused me to delete the app from my phone and just keep up with the story through youtube. Not a fan of these at all. As for Melody of Memory, I never bothered to play it as I am not a fan of rhythm games, but judging by the cutscenes that I watched on youtube it doesn't seem all that interesting. This ranking list is just my opinion of course, but I hop you enjoyed it. Thanks for reading!
  19. I didn't play Melody of Memory, so I can't really share an opinion on which songs to add, but I do agree that Axel definitely deserves a main theme song. Especially since he's such a popular character.
  20. I've been meaning to pick the game back up for ages, but that experience kind of soured the game for me somewhat. But when Bravely Default II was announced I thought about trying again, though I will most definitely be starting from scratch.
  21. For me it's NEO: The World Ends With You, no contest. I've been itching for a follow-up to TWEWY for YEARS so it's beyond exciting to finally have one on the horizon. That being said, I am also really looking forward to Nier: Replicant 1.22474487139 because I loved Nier: Automata sooooo much and I'm excited to see the game that started it all. I'm also intrigued by Bravely Default II but I actually never finished the first one as I rage quit after getting stuck on a certain boss near the end and never picked it up again. Maybe I'll try playing it again.
  22. I agree. I love the long hair and the different clothes.
  23. My favourite original world would definitely be the Land of Departure. I just love its design and sense of grandeur, and the music is awesome! My favourite Disney world would probably be The Caribbean from Kingdom Hearts III. This series needs more worlds like that, with lots of stuff to do and an enormous map to explore.
