    You have to change your entire mindset! By destressing you can lessen those "im not a good person" and "I'm useless" thoughts. IF you don't want to disconnect then talk to a friend or someone you can trust or me and just rant! Just do something to distract yourself. And for your girlfriend you can't help her if you yourself are upset so you guys should just take a break (not from dating from chatting) and help yourselves separately.

    So, I've been playing the ReMIXes to get ready for 2.8 I just finished Re:CoM. Now, do I go in ReMIX release order and watch Days, or do I go on original release order and jump into KH2 and come back to Days later?

    2 then days. I always felt you should experience the games the order they release them.

    Me too. That's why I watch Re:coded before going to Days (since the original coded for mobile phones released before Days, even if it was only in Japan)
