So Dragon Quest is confirmed for Nintendo NX. Is Square bringing back big titles back to Nintendo? O_O Pls...
Shulk repliedThey used to be two companies, but merged because Square was having financial difficulties. From what I understand, their divisions were pretty much untouched by the merge, and the people from the Enix side still stick to Enix games (Namely DQ). Same goes for Square with Square games (FF, KH, etc.)

Pokemoncuzzie repliedHmm I don't know much about the Metroid fanbase since I am not a part of it. But I heard it got pretty bad after that new spinoff game. Plus even as a non-fan I know about the whole Other M debate between fans. It is kind of similar to the Zelda fanbase though.
