    Captain Falcon's one of the N64 veterans, I don't see why so many people thought he wouldn't be in Smash 4. Jigglypuff and Ness will return, too.

    But didn't Shulk's voice actor recorded voice clip for an upcoming game,it has to be Smash,but maybe its Xenoblade X,but I still have hope he'll be in the game.

    Well because he probably didn't want people to jump up on his back just yet until now about his character being / not being in Smash Bros. If I were to have a character from something I made and people wanted that character to be in something like Smash Bros, I would keep very low about me being a fan of Smash cause people would just gang up on me talking so much about Smash Bros and my character.     It does because would you like people ganging up on you about your character? Would you like to try and show that you are less a fan so people don't get so mad at you for your character not being in something? He wanted a time when people didn't gang up on him, and he had to hide his liking for Smash Bros because of that. You have to be patient, the game isn't out yet, and Sakurai even said that we are getting close to the end of character announcements, not we are at the end of character announcements and there will be no more. Just wait for Shulk a little bit longer, and I'm sure that he will show up.     That still doesn't make any sense. Why would it be okay for him to say it now, even though Shulk wasn't confirmed? I've seen quite a few Xenoblade fans that are incredibly pissed off about this. Also, I've been waiting over a year now. There's not a chance that he'd let a more obscure character get the final trailer. Also, comparing this to the Lion King doesn't work at all. Lion Ling is popular, unlike Xenoblade.

    You didn't get the point. I waited for my dream to come true, ever since I was young the only thing I truly wanted out of life was to see The Lion King in theaters and on Broadway, that's all I wanted to make me happy in life.     Of course I do. However, the game comes out next month (Japan's getting it first). That means we'll probably only get one more reveal trailer. There's no way Sakurai's going to save that last spot for a character who so few people know about.

    I don't quite remember Fire Emblem being so popular that it deserves not one, but two newcomers in the new game. Every other game has just had one so far.

    This is making me want to hope for a Mother Newcomer, along with Ness and Lucas, but...Not going to put too much faith in it. Also, FE is actually REALLY popular in japan from what i hear.

    Still... Two newcomers? Might as well give Mario and Zelda three newcomers each, since they're much more popular.

     

    Also, I'm hoping we'll get a Mother character too, but I know that Sakurai just loves to get my hopes up and crush them.

    Well, to be honest, i still have faith Shulk will appear honestly. But i can understand if you don't think so. And yeah, i know. But let's be honest, FE is one of the few franchises of Smash to have only 2 characters or less per game until now, i think it deserved a few newcomers. Also, DAT CAPTAIN FALCON! :D

    We just got Captain Falcon you know. xD I am still REALLY pissed at Sakurai that he's avoiding the Mother franchise. Seriously, Jiggly and Ness are the ONLY 2 64 VETERANS LEFT who haven't been announced. Neither has Lucas.

     

    Also, I'm pretty sure Ganon's coming back.

    @Skarmory Captain Falcon was just confirmed, actually. I still say that I doubt anyone's going to be cut from the game, especially the 64 veterans. There are 5 Mario and Zelda characters, so I think we can get Jigglypuff as the 5th Pokemon.

     

    @Spider You wouldn't even know, man... After all these disappointments, there's just no way it's going to happen...

    Technically, they didn't mention Robin nor Lucina.

    I mean Chrom is still there, but that leak is probably not announcing all the characters.

    They said Chrom will be playable, but he's not. Robin and Lucina were chosen instead.
