Remember a while ago when I said I'm giving up on basketball? Well I lied I'm still trying to go pro, but I have more realistic goals now, so I was thinking playing in the Euroleague instead of the NBA. Anyways the unfortunate thing is that now the only way I can go to colleges in like California or Florida is if I give up basketball. Due to something's that happened during my first two years of high school, I lost eligibility to play NCAA basketb...
Sora repliedbasketball. I probably could still become eligible but then I would have to take a couple extra years of high school. This means that my dream of going to UC Berkeley went down the drain. I'm stuck with Canadian Universities now which aren't so bad, but I really wanted to go to Berks lol

Sora repliedWell I'm kinda hoping I could transfer after my first year, but transfer students aren't allowed to contact NCAA coaches until after they have been un-enrolled from their current schools, and idk if I want to take the risk of not being accepted by Berks and then not being able to go back to whatever Canadian university i attend for my first year. Woah that was confusing.

Sora repliedWell I've already been contacted by about 5 coaches talking about athletic scholarships but that's about it. Depending on my grades of my senior year I might just apply to some more. The best thing about Canadian Universities is that they pretty much only take senior year grades into account. I know a guy who had pretty bad grades for for his first three years of highschool, but then he went cray senior year and got accepted to a lot of colleges lol
Lalalablah replied5 is pretty good so far, and apply to every one you can. I got some good advice from a lady who had $15,000 in scholarships her freshman year from just sending in applications for random ones. She said that one person applied to a left handed scholarship and won, and they weren't even left handed! But they won because they were the only one who applied.
Whoa usually it's the other way around with colleges here, but that guy is pretty lucky lol
Sora repliedHaha that's insane! Someone already told me to make sure to apply to all the random scholarships I can but I didn't think that it actually worked
And lol yeah it's great. I pretty much just need to go hard for my first semester of senior year, then I can get an offer and all I have to do is maintain a decent average for the rest of the year and I'm pretty much in!

Speaking of Persona I might start with either Persona 3 or Persona 4,I've already watched a let's play of Persona 1 and played SMT4 so I kinda have an idea on how Persona works
Sorual repliedtrust me. if your gonna start in the persona series, start with either 3 or 4. if you like dark storylines, start with 3 and if you like brught and colorful sorta stuff (like the world ends with you, pokemon, and to a leser extent, kingdom hearts) then start with 4. both are absolutly kick-ass titles and MORE than deliver on what i expected from the game. persona 1 actually looks bad to me and persona 2 a bit too dark (but i might watch the anime in the future to give it a chance) but 3 and 4...
