    Dang, sounds like a lot of people didn't enjoy Yoshi's New Island much. It might be because I never played the SNES one, but I thought New Island looked like it would be pretty fun. :/

    It's been almost 18 years since I played Yoshi's Island on the Snes for the first time. I wonder if I should take a look on New Island, or perhaps I should start a new game on Super Mario RPG love that game a lot.

    why in the holy mother of firetruck have you never played the snes game. I haven't played Yoshi's new island but the SNES version still looks a whole lot better. Also the music in the new game is horrid.

    @Elrandir From what I understand, a lot of people who grew up with the original Yoshi's Island don't like the new one as much. It seems to be mostly because of nostalgia, though.

    @Cucco Not everyone has the money to get every game that's considered a masterpiece. I'm going to get it when the GBA version comes to the Wii U.

    How do you know its coming to the Wii U? And you don't have to buy it on a SNES. I hate how everyone neglects emulators. If Nintendo doesn't want to provide us with the game on the VC, thats their problem.

    Because they said it was in a Nintendo Direct, a lot of people know that it is. And I don't "neglect" emulators, I hate them. I'd much rather support people for putting hard work into a game.

    I think the same. Just like with Yoshi's Story for the N64, I enjoyed the game but I still think that Yoshi's Island was better. We can't let nostalgia stops us from enjoying a good game.

    I found Yoshi's Story to be fun, too. People who call a game bad just because it's not as good as the game before it get really annoying sometimes. :/

    But by buying the Virtual Console version, I would be. Why does it matter so much that I don't want to pirate games, anyway? It's my decision, it doesn't affect you.

    Yoshi's island, at least the snes version doesn't have a virtual console release. Mother 3 will probably never get released in english officially, and the Wii Store is going to down in a few weeks. That makes every game not available for purchase on Wii U or 3ds open for emulation. As long as the game is no longer for sale, emulation is perfectly fine imo. And It doesn't affect me, I'm just stating why I think it's silly to hate emulation in the wrong situations.

    So it's not just me? ._. What does yours show? Mine has the eternal loading circle for comments, and absolutely nothing in the related videos section. The home page doesn't show anything on the left sidebar, either. I'm guessing that something went wrong in the code recently, it was working fine until a few days ago.
