    I'd personally recommend getting versions of them aside from the Android versions, but of those three, I'd say 4. It's definitely my second favorite in the series.

    They having a sale on FINAL FANTASY and FINAL FANTASY II as well. Black Star, the iOS & Android versions are the best versions ever released.

    That's honestly debatable, Sora. It all comes down to preference. Mainly just what platform you prefer to play it on.

    Honestly Sora, graphics don't make a game. If graphics were the only thing I cared about, a lot of games that I currently love would be unplayable. And as for the games themselves, sure, maybe some graphics were updated, but that doesn't mean it's any better than the originals. The choice between the Android version and the originals is solely up to what you prefer.

     

    P.S., since I never chose one yet, I'd go with IV/4.

    Graphics are nice in the android versions, but story matters. I have no interest in 1 and 2 for I hear about some messed up gameplay and graphics in the games. I would probably end up getting psp versions in future.

    Looks like 4 is winning but 5 is catching up. I have to think this over little bit more...

    Alright. Both of them are really good, it could go either way. I personally prefer IV though.

     

    Also, the PSP version of IV also comes with the sequel, The After Years. Just letting you know in case that changes anything.

    The PSP version of IV is also the original game, not the 3D remake. You can purchase IV: The After Years on iOS & Android. The first two were released in the 1980s and have never been remade, what do you expect?

     

    Well the story is the same in all of them. Lol. iOS & Android versions are the latest and greatest, that's pretty clear. The PSOne version of V look like shit these days.

    @sora duh, that's why i said I prefer psp versions of 1 and 2, not android versions. I'm surprised they were able to remake 3 and port 4 into the iOS and Android. But I see 1 and 2 as a way to test the waters in the mobile market, which did all right but not good enough. Square took the knowledge and data and was able to be successful with 3, 4, 5, and soon 6. I don't expect another remake of 1 and 2 anytime.

    Another remake? They have never remade FINAL FANTASY or FINAL FANTASY II. A way to test the waters? They're the latest and greatest versions. They took the PSP versions and updated them for iOS & Android. They did the same for the 3D remakes of III and IV. They're the latest and greatest versions, just ask Square Enix. The PSP versions are only 240p.

    Please.... Black bars exist in iOS and android versions. Explain how that is updated Sora. Look at the reviews and ratings in google play and iOS, 3 and a half stars instead of 4 and a half stars on 3, 4, and 5 in the Google Play. Many things are broken within the apps. Universal switching, black bars, no bonuses that PSP has, or anything benefiting. After two years of being last updated, they update again, and what we get? Language support.... NO FIXES.

    So don't tell me that Final Fantasy 1 and 2 mobile versions are the greatest, because in reality, they are broken in terms of application uses.

    I heard the Chrono Trigger port also downloaded as you got to new areas, meaning you HAD to be connected to internet in order to play it. Pretty dumb if you ask me. Square's incredibly lazy when it comes to Android/iOS ports.

    I still wished they remade it into KH style.. the story is so good.. but imo the text and art are limited to the hardware of handhelds.. I could see it now.. the ending of TWEWY with all the effects and stuff of a final fantasy game O_O itd be sick

    They should do that. The only thing I've been hearing lately is Takeharu Ishimoto's new music and remixes on soundcloud as well as him playing guitar playing TWEWY music in the band called "The Death March" (Remember 777's band in TWEWY? same name).
