Because I recalled they added in a cutscene to explain how Xion got back into the Organization, but wondered if there is any new cutscene beside that one.

That cutscene has not been added yet

no new cutscenes have been added aside from the epilogue and secret ending

All the new cutscenes will come with the eventual story DLC
