Lingering was already modeled with Ends of the Earth in KH3

So they changed it for another reason

I am gonna guess something, it might be that Terra is in full control rather than his spirit, and that's why Lingering Will is using Earthshaker

because in Kh3, Terra uses Earthshaker rather than Ends of the Earth

It seemed more like an oversight.

But anyway....

I imagine they reunite so Terra could reobtain his keyblade, regardless of the keychain from which it draws shape.

Would be weird to model a different keyblade on Lingering Will when they already have one there
