FF can't decide on one or the other in general.

That just seems to translate over to KH not being able to pick one either.

There's also the gun suffix IIRC

FF has never been consistent on tier 4.

Heck, in FFXIV they ditched suffixes entirely in favor of Cure 1, Cure 2, etc.

Including an in universe council deciding on that.

And lampshading the tier 4 differences IIRC

They were trying to decide on a name for Cure 4 and ended up just numbering all spells by tier instead of the suffixes.
