Depends on when they got the engine. It's not officially released until next year, but some companies have been allowed to get it early like NinjaTheory for Hellblade 2. No confirmation yet whether Square has been allowed to get it early now.

so wouldnt be surprised if sony stuidios got it early

If they got it early, then the next KH game other than MoM is most likely UE5, if not then they are getting it next year and it's a maybe if they use it immediately or not.
