I didnt mind the CG

Same here. Though the eyes did look weird to me in a few scenes with CG. Mostly from Riku.

Taken on its own it's pretty good. But when compared to the past games, it can be a hit or a miss

(Like Kairi up there)

One reason I prefer the CGI in KH3 is that it look similar to the normal scenes in-game

Still better, but they are close enough in style

secret ending is higher quality, not using game assets

I wasn't really a fan of Sora's face in the secret ending, although Riku looked great

the looked really good in pirates

and in frozen it was good too

the epilogue looks like old kh CG which is cool

Watching the Johnny review right now but I skipped the middle bit

Listening to him it really does seem like there is so much they can add

I guess he's pretty negative about the story but he's upfront that he bailed on that. Gameplay-wise I agree with the too easy/not enough post-game/Ultima too much too late stuff. But I do also agree about the lack of FF.

I think the first thing is to scale the difficulty and make it more challenging. He was right, the game is pretty easy

And his stance on the story, he makes it clear that it isn't his thing multiple times so his evaluation didn't surprise me

That aside though,I understand not everyone’s here for that

And it's not just cause of options cause you can avoid them and it's still notably easier for bosses

I don't wanna play a Critical Mode, just have more challenge overall

Actually, I would say the easier time is a lot due to fluidity and options,tbh

And a critical mode would likely be the fix to current difficulty

Maybe they could make some of the options less OP or put a limit on them?
I'm not expecting a patch with entirely new worlds, but some extra scenes a la the Final Mixes would be nice. I want more time with Kairi and Lea. They both feel like they were wasted here.

I mean it fixed Vanilla KH2
