The main reason people find fudge not that great on it’s own is because of the richness, which is caused by all the cream and butter they use to make it

Fudge is very high in dairy, even though vegan fudge exists

In the UK, there are some dairy farms that make their own fudge using their own dairy

Especially in Devon and Cornwall, where most people like to go on holiday too when they are in this country

But because of the richness, people prefer it as a flavouring, in particular, chocolate fudge, in cakes, brownies, ice cream (which is even richer) and cookies

Yeah.

The texture is very much a “hit or miss”.

I love both but I prefer the actual product because it is what I call real fudge

Yeah, plus I’ve had this fudge a few times and I gagged over it because it had too much cream and butter, I feel like that is why some people usually do that when they eat it
