Ansem is definitely more amber. Skulls seem lighter so could be Hazel.

Didn't the wiki say that Amber eyes are what happens when someone abuses the Corridors of Darkness?

I don't know when I try to look for info I only find tumblr theories and drawings or people thinking yellow eyes are orange...

We don't see it anymore because everyone in KH3 and 3D had yellow or blue eyes except riku
