jbmasta 67 Posted December 4, 2019 So I was watching the first episode of Gravity Falls last night on Disney+, and one of Mabel's many sweaters, specifically when she's going on the date with Norman, says Meow Wow (it's got a cat face in the middle and sparkles). One of the Dream Eaters in Dream Drop Distance is called Meow Wow, it's in Sora's Dream Eater tutorial. What if a Gravity Falls world somehow incorporates the Dream Eaters? They'd fit Mabel's overly happy personality perfectly (her perfect world in the Weirdmageddon series finale is so sweet you want to throw up and it'd be rainbows) and a Nightmare Gideon would fit as a world boss while still being in Gravity Falls continuity. A dream setting would also justify Mabel and Dipper as world party members, using the dreamscape to give them powers they lack in reality. It actually happened in the show.
