I know it’s an action RPG with disney characters and worlds but can it also be considered a Disney JRPG?

Depends on what criteria you use

Does it need to have Disney properties to be considered one? Then it is one.

Does it need to be all Disney stuff? Then it isn't one.

Does it need to be made by Disney? Then it isn't one.

So Kingdom Hearts is made by Square Enix but it is owned by Disney. So is it a Disney JRPG in that case?
